about me

When I was 19, I found yoga and it helped solve the debilitating back pain I’d experienced throughout childhood. It started out as a practice to heal me physically and evolved into a practice that healed and sustains me mentally, emotionally and spiritually. My yoga practice is a space in which I can show up authentically and unapologetically, without judgement. It's where I am reminded of my breath, the present moment and the intricate beauty of life.

what to expect

I cater to what the student(s) need in the moment. I come to class with a plan, but I’m always ready to throw that out the door if it’s evident something else is needed. I love creating musical playlists that match the energy of the class — generally acoustic or classical covers of well-known songs. You’ll always find at least two Trevor Hall songs in each of my playlists.
