COVID-19 update: We are currently still gathering, but outdoors and bringing our own food picnic style.
On every 3rd Sunday of the month, we gather our Cocoon Community to share space & a meal. Each month a different local restaurant will be announced on Thursday. This is an informal gathering that gives us time to chill, chat, sip coffee & savor good eats with our yogi family. Everyone is welcome!! Different Cocoon teachers will come too so you can get to know them more.
Sign up by Saturday before so we can get a headcount as we will try to reserve tables ahead of time where possible. Students will pay for their own meals.
We highly suggest pairing this with our Self-Care Sunday class on Sundays at 10:30am for the ultimate morning.
Love to read & love community time with your yogi friends?!? Join us for our monthly Cocoon Book Club.
We have a beautiful collection of books curated for our community with discussion led by Meg Meredith. You know Meg from our studio classes, but did you know she's an author and a publisher? She's written four novels and published nine books with more on the way! Who better to lead our group.
And the space...we will be holding our club at a Yurt 20 minutes from the studio the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 6:30pm. Cost - FREE, Discussion - Priceless, Drinks/Snacks - donation.
