ALL purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. But no worries, if mother nature interferes with any of our classes, we will happily reschedule for weather issues.
Memberships that are terminated before the end of the contract must still be paid in full. Membership suspension and cancellation requests must come via email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a minimum 14 days notice.
When you register for a class/event/workshop you are responsible for showing up to the class. No shows and late cancels (registrations not canceled in the system 4 hours prior to class start time) will be charged $10 automatically. In addition to the fee, those that purchased the class using a drop-in or class pack will also lose that credit. Please be respectful of our staff, time & energy. It's easy to unregister if something comes up making you unavailable. Of course, we are human and if an emergency arises, the fee will be refunded. Thanks!
