Then move into a more dynamic flow, before slowing down to cool off with restorative postures and the most glorious savasana EVER! Build better balance, coordination, endurance and body strength while enjoying the water. This is an all-levels yoga class suitable for beginner paddlers. No SUP experience is needed, but you must be a confident swimmer. Board, paddle and life vest provided.
This is a fun way to get your exercise and vitamin D for the day. Learn the basics of SUP in a relaxed group setting. We start on dry land, teaching correct paddle height and hand placement, equipment overview, kneeling and standing on a board, and water safety. Then we take it to the water to learn paddling techniques, turns and more. Once you have the basics, you're free to paddle and play. No SUP experience is needed, but you must be a confident swimmer. Board, paddle and life vest provided.
