Immerse yourself in nature by using the stand-up paddle board (SUP) to take your yoga practice onto the water. We offer 2 SUP experiences - one as a floating flow class and the other to just enjoy a little paddle-and-play time. SUP is great for building better balance, coordination and strength, while giving you a blissfully meditative experience.

SUP yoga flow


Water beneath. Sky above. Your certified SUP yoga teacher will guide you through a practice that starts slowly, letting you get used to the floating surface. Then move into a more dynamic flow, before slowing down to cool off with restorative postures and the most glorious savasana EVER! Build better balance, coordination, endurance and body strength while enjoying the water. This is an all-levels yoga class suitable for beginner paddlers. No SUP experience is needed, but you must be a confident swimmer. Board, paddle and life vest provided.

This is a fun way to get your exercise and vitamin D for the day. Learn the basics of SUP in a relaxed group setting. We start on dry land, teaching correct paddle height and hand placement, equipment overview, kneeling and standing on a board, and water safety. Then we take it to the water to learn paddling techniques, turns and more. Once you have the basics, you're free to paddle and play. No SUP experience is needed, but you must be a confident swimmer. Board, paddle and life vest provided.
