about me

I've always been fascinated by the transformation of a butterfly ... from larva, to cocoon, to its magical emergence as the flower of the sky. By committing deep into the practice of yoga, I've found myself on that same path of metamorphosis – on both a personal and spiritual level. I created Cocoon Yoga Lab because I felt compelled to bring the community a collaborative, experience-based studio. I sense a silent thirst for authenticity and freedom.

what to expect

I understand the battle of the overactive mind and how it can control us inside and out. What I’ve found in yoga - and what I hope to unlock in those I practice with - is a switch. A switch to a calmer mind and a stronger body, creating balance and purpose. My style aims to help you strike that balance and own your practice. Just like the variety of classes I've created at the studio for you, I enjoy a variety of music. In a class with me, you could have indie, chill soundscapes, 90s alternative, The Beatles, Beck and more.
