about me
I started practicing yoga over 12 years ago, as a means to alleviate physical stress in my body
caused by running and cycling. It has been a way for me to really tune in and connect with not only my physical body, but my emotional and spiritual self.
what to expect
My teaching style depends on the class. I like a challenging flow, with poses that make sense in
the body and plenty of variety. I love balancing. My musical selections are mostly downtempo - occasionally some classic rock or pop, depending on my mood.
