about me

I knew absolutely nothing about yoga before diving into Rachel Brathen's first book about four years ago. I began following her on social media, listened to her podcast after Lea Luna was born, and did her #yogaeverydamnday challenge for 30 days - and it changed my life. For me, yoga means letting go and surrendering to the moment. Learning more and more about yourself every time you step on the mat. Not only learning how to love yourself, but others as well. I feel as if we practice yoga in everyday life, on and off the mat. The union of mind, body and soul is an amazing and beautiful creation we get to make on this earth, if we stop and listen.

what to expect

My teaching style is fast paced and spiritual (intention setting, letting go, gratitude, inner peace). It's about getting out of your mind and into your body. My musical selections range from indie folk (Satsang, Trevor Hall, Fleet Foxes, Paper Kites), to upbeat and calm instrumental (MC Yogi, Songs of Eden, DJ Drez), to acapella (Beautiful Chorus) and more.
