about me
My yoga journey began in 2006, when I was living in New Jersey and looking to try something
new. There were cycles where I did a lot of asana practice, but it wasn't until I was pregnant with my first baby in 2011 that I realized the connection between my mind and my body. In January 2015, my practice became more mindful, as I had teachers who really inspired me to be myself and follow my path. I finished my teacher training in March 2018 it has been one of the best experiences of my life.what to expect
I love Yin and restorative, and deep power flows. I go slow and focus on the connection between
breath and movement. Meditation is always included in my classes, and my music selections are normally deep and relaxing. I play the "happi drum" and the gong.certifications

other passions
Scuba diving brings so much happiness to my life. While under water, I can be so present - it
feels so real and magical. Best meditations ever! I love traveling, exploring new cultures and trying new things. I'm a very loving and open person. My husband says I'm totally as social butterfly.
