A decade ago, while living in Minnesota, I began taking yoga classes over my lunch hour and I've loved practicing/exploring ever since. For me, yoga is a way for one to become centered and turn the focus inward. I hope to help others become one with their mat, where nothing else matters during their practice with me.
what to expect
My teaching style is inviting, friendly, non-judgmental and relaxing - and I love instrumental playlists. I enjoy vinyasa flow classes, but have found a new space and need for yin yoga. Yin is a perfect balance for our hectic days.
I love to lift weights, take evening walks with my husband of 19 years with our German wired hair pointers, watch our two boys play sports and spend time on the lake during the summer. Oh, and take a daily trip to the local Starbucks, of course.
