Join us at The Momentary for an energizing yet mindful yoga flow, designed to balance gentle challenge with restorative movement. 

 

This feel-good class is practiced at room temperature, offering the perfect way to unwind without an intense sweat. Leave feeling centered, refreshed, and connected to your body and mind.

 

Please bring: your yoga mat and any props for added comfort, such as a block or bolster, and wear comfortable, stretchy layers.

Through breathwork, guided meditation, and the soothing vibrations of sound-healing instruments, you’ll be guided toward deep relaxation and inner peace. Together, we’ll explore chakra balancing, meditation styles, and techniques to reset and rejuvenate after the week’s demands.

 

Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers a welcoming space to unwind and recharge. No experience is necessary.

 

Please bring: a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, and an eye pillow or small towel for added comfort.

Join Tammy for a unique sound journey that will guide you into a deep state of relaxation and inner peace. This Sunday Reset is designed to provide you with a transformative experience that resets both the body and mind. 

 

Through the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, etc. Tammy will guide you from an active cluttered mind into a deeply meditative state. As you settle into the sound bath, the harmonious tones will help release tension, clear mental fog, and activate your body's natural healing process. The journey will gently ease you into a state of deep relaxation, promoting balance, well-being, and a sense of renewal. 

 

Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, bolster, pillow, eye mask and anything else for comfort.

Sunday Reset | Seasonal Harmony

 

Sunday 12/7 10:30-11:30am

 

Give yourself an hour of harmony during the start of the hectic holiday season with a calming yin yoga & sound session guided by Cocoon Yoga Lab.

 

This class will combine the practice of gentle yin yoga with a relaxing sound bath. The practice of yin involves slow, deep yoga posture holds with a focus on stillness to allow for self-discovery and rejuvenation. The sounds of the crystal alchemy singing bowls will be used during the session to take you into a deeper, peaceful state.

 

Please bring: a yoga mat, blanket, bolster or pillow and any props you would like for comfort. Wear comfortable layers and socks.
