Sunday Reset: Moving Art

Join us at The Momentary for a unique practice led by Käri from Cocoon that combines the freedom of yoga with the creativity of drawing. Using charcoal and large sheets of paper placed over your yoga mat, you’ll flow through poses while letting your movements create expressive, artful marks. This liberating session invites you to explore your emotions through mindful movement and creative action, becoming both the artist and the instrument.

 

Designed to be messy, fun, and expressive, we recommend wearing black, comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting a little dirty. Mats and materials are provided, but feel free to bring a beach towel or change of clothes for after class. Moving Art is a perfect way to ground yourself, tap into creativity, and leave with a one-of-a-kind illustration as a reminder of your unique journey.

Sunday Reset: Best in Flow - Poses & Pups

Celebrate the final day of Best in Show with a playful yoga flow in The Momentary Barn! This all-levels vinyasa practice, led by Anna from Cocoon, is designed to connect you with your body, your breath, and the joyful energy of the moment. Adding an extra layer of fun, local partners will join the session with adorable (and adoptable) dogs and puppies, bringing smiles and wagging tails to your practice. The barn’s rustic ambiance sets the perfect stage for a lighthearted yet grounding yoga experience, making it a memorable way to close out Best in Show.
