I began practicing yoga 10 years ago when I was working in hospitality. Coming from the corporate world, I carried a lot of stress and bad eating habits. Yoga provided stress relief and better perspective about the mind and body. And it has freed me of the chronic back pain I’d experienced following an auto accident years ago.
what to expect
You can expect to move through upbeat vinyasa flows to detoxify and strengthen the body. I also offer slower-paced flows with guided meditations to give you peace of mind.

When I'm not teaching, I do voiceover work, enjoy gardening, and spend time with my husband, two daughters, German shepherd and cat.
